The marsh was still sticky and wet with thick, muddy sludge from the previous evening's thunderstorm. Brush had been torn from their roots and lay in broken piles along the river line, tan sponge-like foam flowing through the branches. Snuffling along the bank came Emyrs, searching for fresh water. It was too dark for her to see clearly as she stumbled across the flats, and the constant rain made it difficult to hear any approaching animals - prey or wolf.
She at last decided that at this point, she might as well take cover. Meekly, she splashed through a trail of cloudy puddles and beginning clawing her way underneath a fallen willow. The earth was soft and gave easily to her persistent digging.
Emyrs became too occupied with her task to stop and listen to the footsteps of the wolf approaching as she kicked the mud away from the ground. If she had, things might have gone a lot better.

He splish splashed in a puddle, trotting towards the coywolf. "Hi! I see you found my willow, I also see YOU are UNDER MY willow. I will give you five barks to get out. BARK, BARK, BARK, BARK, BARK!" Then Werewolf bit this strange wolf.

She let out a half-growl half-scream as his teeth tore into her back. Ears flatten against her head in a display of anger, she kicked away and lunged at his neck, tearing through his skin as blood spilled across her nose.

"D*** YOU!" Werewolf shoved Emyrs off his neck, he was shaken by the pain, but he knew he had to protect his family territory. He ran towards Emyrs knocking her off the ground

The second attack fell softer then she expected, and for a moment Emyrs stood their, flinching in pain as the rain smarted her wounds. She shrugged him off of her, and scampered up the tree, barking in protest.
"Just try and catch me, dog." Panting, she hit the ground running and circled the creek. If she could fool him ...

The rain drowned out Werewolf's pleading, and Emyrs hurried back towards the log. Her breath clouded in the fog as morning spread through the flats, and dew sprinkled the tops of the grass. With a painful leap, she landed sqaurely in the middle of the rotting log, and felt it shudder at her weight. Yelping, she watched as it split in two, crashing on top of the two canines.

Feebly, she untangled her leg from the mass of branches and shakily tore herself away from the wolf-dog. So be it then. She found the strength to overcome her pride and growled at him.
"Well, looks like you're stuck." She tossed her head and neared him, raising her ears forward. "Don't underestimate my strength, dog. It doesn't take much to push a rotten log. The question is, do you want help?" Of course, she wouldn't feel guilty if she did leave him there, it was his fault anyway for biting her. But hey, this was something to work with ...

Werewolf started to wimper "My life is ruined, the willow THE WILLOW IS GONE!" Then he blinked stupidly like nothing happened. "Please help me"

Bright ocher leaves bounced in the current of the wind, plastering themselves to the wet sides of the trees. Yipping like a puppy, Emyrs snapped at the leaf litter as it passed her. She shook her head as she limped towards Werewolf, emerald eyes glaring at him. "I still don't understand why that rotting slab of tree was so important to you. But I'll help you, for a price." She raised her head proudly, then begin to push the stubby willow trunk away. Mud splattered her legs as she worked to get Werewolf out of the wreck. "And the price is," She barked. "You join the Buylis Pack."

[Werewolf, you need to try harder and add more detailed descriptions. I recommend a post being at least three sentences long, 6-8 being ideal.]
Emyrs sat on top of the willow, softly growling. "For everything I've heard you not say, it might be better to kill you now." She raised her tail defensively, the fur on her shoulders and neck rising. Without another word, she pushed the tree trunk off of the wolfdog. A piece of mossy, sodden bark hit her paws, and she sprang backwards. "Emyrs," She said as she trotted away, looking back expectantly.

Lupin watched from a distance as the two wolves fought. Teeth and paws flying; he wondered if they noticed the storm coming? All he knew was he needed a den until the rain stopped. He wondered did they see him as soon as he thought that he ran because the winner would come after him.
As he ran he noticed all the other animals scurrying to find a place to hide from the rain. Eventually he found a den that was just barley big enough for him, but it was comfy so he shut his eyes and slept.

Werewolf follows along, "So where are we going?" Werewolf looked at the scenery, how beautiful it looked. The leaves were a bright shade of green. The clouds vanished, How quick of a storm!
